  I visited the Montclair location several times and have really only looked at their frames just recently. I have to say, they have shapes/frames for every face type. The employees are very nice, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. They made the experience enjoyable.
  
  I decided to order online and the experience was not as great. The process of ordering itself was fine, but after making the purchase, I received no form of communication that the order actually went through. I contacted them through their website form and email, no response. I finally called them and their response was, "Oh, we delivered your order yesterday." Customer service could have definitely been better. I wouldn't actually have known that my order went through had I not checked my bank statement and saw the payment go through.
  
  This was unfortunate, and I hope is not a common occurrence, I like the brand and the company.
